Natart Juvenile, Inc, is a family run business which was originally founded under the name of Natart Furniture in Rome, Italy in 1988 as a manufacturer of adult furniture. In 1995, the company moved to Quebec, Canada in order expand its structure and better serve the growing North American demand. In 2001, the company made the transition from adult to juvenile furniture, and changed the name to Natart Juvenile, Inc. Subsequently, the TULIP brand debuted in 2008, and ALDI followed in 2009. The company now consists of its own three brands (ALDI, Natart & TULIP) and is also the sole North American distributor for Leander (Denmark.)

The TULIP (Today’s Urban Lifestyle Inspired Products) brand is inspired by an urban lifestyle, with great care taken to avoid the sterile design approach that many modern juvenile furniture companies have. Since the end user is a child and not an adult, the furniture is designed to evoke a feeling of comfort. TULIP conscientiously utilizes “eco-friendly” components and manufacturing processes to ensure that the furniture is not only ecologically sound, but above all “user safe.” This brand incorporates bamboo, formaldehyde-free and lead-free components, and water based varnishes in most of its offerings.
